This is about growing up. Removing
attachments. As well as chaos. Learning. And making some more mistakes. My
purpose in telling these stories is just to let people feel less alone, in this
world where feeling alone is everyone's second nature. We don’t have to hide
from it. We don’t have to fight. Just let it be and I’ll be here along with
you.
It’s the Millenials. The first generation Gen Z's. It’s the ones that
grew up playing ball in safe neighborhoods, but only seconds later found themselves wrapped up around keyboards and their eyes glued to a screen. "Did you check this new thing out? Yes. It's trash." It’s the ones that experienced a pandemic in their twenties. (as if the quarter-life crisis wasn’t enough). It’s the
ones that learned how to fight with their bare hands, only to be taken away
from them with the algorithm of likes. Naked pictures, resorts in Bali, and
that friend from high school that suddenly became rich through Crypto. “I should have
invested in that” No, you shouldn’t have. You are all right. You just need to
turn that toxic thing off.
